I have 1 car Toyota Highlander that I regularly take to Riptide. I pay for the best package they have. Wondering why they sometimes charge me $45 & sometimes $35. Finally checked and found out they are charging my credit card for 2 different packages for the last 18 months!!! Have been to to office 3 times in the last week speaking with Manager Charles. He said Megan is handling no response resolution yet. This is around $650 stolen from my account. Trying to be nice and simply requesting 18 months of washes instead of a refund. Still no email, call, apologies. I guess I will go to News WTVD Diane Wilson if not resolved soon!!!!!!!

Im just disappointed I let myself get roped into a subscription without realizing. We are on a tight budget but i treated myself to a car wash one day when employees happened to be at the kiosk offering a $10 deal for a whole month. He said it just goes by your license plate, you dont have to do anything (no paperwork for it) then they swiped my card for me on the machine & sent me on my way. I was thrilled! And dumb. Now my husband tells me we've been billed $30ish every month since (though I only went a couple times in the initial month thinking that was it). Now I need to figure out how to cancel something I didn't know I signed up for in the first place. I just feel like a sucker.

Riptide can’t be beat. They provide an excellent service not only with washing your vehicle but also being courteous and professional. I want to thank three individuals: Seth, Charlie and Tina. They pay attention to detail and were extremely helpful with finding an important set of keys (not car keys) they found at their location. They are truly an asset to the business they run. Thank you

Great Pollen Deal! Wow I love this place. Great car wash and right now they’re running a special unlimited car wash for a month for $15.00! With all this pollen I may go every other day.
